With forty-nine years in the painting industry, Michael Carinci, Lead estimator with Quanpro Estimating, Inc., is experienced as a mechanic, projector manager, marketeer, salesman, estimator, and owner of a successful painting company. With the high demand for quality take-offs and a desire to assist the coating professionals with affordable take-offs, Quanpro Estimating, Inc. was established.For ten years Quanpro Estimating, Inc. has been providing precise quantitative take offs for new residential and commercial projects using state of the art software. We are committed to delivering exemplary take offs to our clients.
Our Process
- We digitally accept the project plans.
- We establish points of importance with our client.
- We review the cost structure and timeliness of the project with the client.
- We review the plans and present the client with a quote to perform the take off.
- Upon acceptance by the client, a contract is addressed, and-take off is performed.
- Upon completion of the takeoff, the client will receive a screen shoot of the takeoff as charted in an Excel spread sheet.
- Upon acceptance and payment, a complete copy of the spread sheet will be delivered to the client.
- Once the client accepts and reviews the plans, a one-hour video conference will be scheduled to address any questions or concerns the client may have.
